I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although spacious and with a large bathroom, felt like being tucked away in an attic corner. On the bright side, waking up to a view of Vernon against the backdrop of a picturesque fountain was lovely. However, the hotel's location was somewhat neglected and dirty, despite being in the center of Vernon with convenient dining options nearby. The dining experience was average, with some improvement on the second day. The service, offering room service and pet amenities, was decent but could be more attentive. Overall, it's a place with potential but needing some care and attention.
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room for my mom, dad, and me was decent, and the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed having breakfast on the charming patio, but unfortunately, the sewer smell made me feel unwell.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms looked down onto a super cute patio where we had breakfast the next day, and although it was a bit cold on arrival due to the room key card powering the heater, the room had been totally refurbished to a splendid standard. The large comfortable beds, new carpets, curtains, and superb shower facilities were a highlight, even though the room felt a bit stuffy and hot at times.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and exactly as pictured, with separate toilet and clothes storage. However, not having A/C or a fan in the room during the summer was a downside. The location was excellent, being central to the town with easy access to markets and attractions. The dining experience was slightly disappointing, though the food at night was great. Overall, it was a great base for exploring the local area.
